1. About these terms

The website is operated by Trip Tally Analytics, trading as Trip Tally. Company registration details, including the registered office and company number, will be added after incorporation is complete.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

2. What this website is for

The website provides general information about Trip Tally's passenger counting, fare-protection, and fleet visibility offering. It allows operators and interested organisations to submit a trial enquiry.

Submitting a trial enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee a trial, reserve equipment, confirm pricing, or create an obligation for Trip Tally Analytics to provide services.

3. Accuracy of website information

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but website content may be illustrative, incomplete, or subject to change. Route maps, passenger counts, revenue figures, service-status labels, screenshots, and dashboards shown on the website may be prototype or illustrative examples unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website. In particular, you must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or spam enquiries.
  • Attempt to bypass Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits, security headers, or other protective controls.
  • Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the website or its supporting infrastructure.
  • Upload or send malicious code, credentials, confidential passenger data, or information you are not authorised to share.
  • Use the website in a way that breaches applicable law or infringes another person's rights.

5. Trial discussions and future services

Any product trial, pilot, paid subscription, portal account, API access, edge-device deployment, data-processing arrangement, support service, or customer-specific implementation will require separate commercial terms, technical documentation, privacy/data-processing terms, and agreed operational responsibilities.

6. Intellectual property

The Trip Tally name, logo, website design, text, graphics, route visuals, software concepts, and other website content belong to Trip Tally Analytics or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for ordinary business evaluation, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or reuse the content for competing or commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including customer portal links, hosting providers, Cloudflare Turnstile, Google Workspace, and external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or policies.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information submitted through the website is explained in the Privacy Policy. By submitting a trial enquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it with us.

9. Warranties and liability

The public website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the website alone is suitable for your operational, regulatory, audit, revenue-assurance, safety, or accounting requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip Tally Analytics will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under Zimbabwean consumer-protection law or other applicable law.

10. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the website at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. The latest version will be posted on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, unless mandatory law in another jurisdiction applies. Disputes relating to the public website will be handled by the courts or competent authorities of Zimbabwe, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, email admin [at] triptally.co.zw.

These website terms are a practical operating draft and should be reviewed by a Zimbabwe-qualified legal adviser before full production launch or customer contracting.
